Looking beyond the location of pain

Fysio Anders is a specialized practice for manual and biomachanical care in Amsterdam.

Through the KurczynskiMethod, we look not only at where pain is experienced, but also assess mobility, functio, movement patterns and biomechanical factors that may be associated with the patients symptoms.

Every patiemt is different. Our approach therefore begins with an individual assessment, with treatment tailored to the findings and capabilities of each patient.

More than 30 years of hands-on experience.

Individual assessment. Personalized treatment.

What makes us different?

Our Mission

Helping you heal and recover

in order to reach your full well-being

in as little time possible.

We do not just treat the complaint, but look at the person as a whole.

Through the combination of the Kurczynski Method and medical collaboration with Drs. de Jong, we strive for safe, well-considered, and individualized treatment.

Our Clients

Every client receives treatment that is tailor-made because each complaint or disorder, and also the individual response to it, means that your needs are specific and differ from another individual with a similar problem.

Our philosophy

We regard the body as a system that can only function as a whole.

This is why we use a holistic approach to guarantee a long-term result.

Our approach reaches beyond symptom control and management.

How do I make a diagnosis?
This is how I do it differently

patient focused- tailored diagnostics

Section 1: Scanning with my hands
25 years of experience in my fingertips .I can feel exactly where tension is located that MRI cannot detect.

Section 2: Knee joint assessment check
How does the joint move and function?
Not just on paper, but through live testing of movement and mobility.

Section 3: Hip joint assesment check
The foundation. If the hip is restricted or misalligned,
the knee has to compensate. This is often where knee pain originates.
